Ladies Work Committees and Communion
Duties
Ladies who have been selected for both work
and Communion duties, pleas read below.

Ladies Work Committees

Monthly Communion Duties
|
- Schedule food for the sick and
bereaved.
- Order flowers for the sick and
bereaved.
- Planning and hosting of the
monthly potluck.
- Keep baptistery room clean and
wash any used baptismal clothes.

- Please wash the trays every
week.
- If you cannot do communion when
it is your turn, please contact Jean
Gray or Gwynne Krieger.
- Grape juice is in the cabinet
under the sink, and there is always
a bottle in the refrigerator.
- One box of communion bread and
one container of communion pieces
are in the refrigerator. New boxes
of communion bread are in the
freezer door.
- Plastic cups and communion trays
are in the metal cabinet. There are
two plastic containers to put the
grape juice in the cups on the
cabinet by the sink. Please wash and
dry these well after use to prevent
mildew.
